RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
I wish for all of my customers to have a positive purchasing experience. As a small business, and due to limited stock, I am unfortunately only able to accept returns due to damage during shipping. I am very happy to work with you to either replace or refund your purchase in the event your item is damaged in transit.
Once the product is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email me at: karin@karinmarleendijkstra.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, as well as photos of the damaged product.
Items purchased can be returned in person or by mail. Once you have emailed me at the above address, I will provide you with the phone number to arrange an in-person return, or I will email you the return mailing address.
After I have received your return, I will send you an email to confirm that I have received the item and notify you of the status of your return. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your returned item.
A valid return will be followed by either:
• an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, or
• a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, including original shipping costs if applicable (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear.

Free shipping for art prints and giclées (USPS Ground Advantage, delivery time approximately 5-8 business days).
For Many Paths, I will ship using USPS Media Mail for $5 for the first book, plus $.50 for each additional book in the order (delivery time approximately 2-8 business days).
I am unfortunately unable to ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
